Go Meals was founded by Sifen Hailu, inspired by her own lived experience across Ethiopia and Kenya. While studying and working in fast-paced urban environments, Sifen experienced firsthand how modern lifestyles can disrupt healthy eating patterns.
Skipped meals, irregular nutrition, and limited access to convenient healthy options became a daily reality. After graduating as a tech professional, Sifen transitioned into a busy urban lifestyle and struggled with weight cycling over an extended period, affecting overall health, energy levels, and productivity.
This personal experience led to a deeper exploration of the problem and ultimately the development of Go Meals, starting with simple, whole-food-based recipes developed and tested in Nairobi.
Today, Go Meals continues to grow as a mission-driven venture focused on improving everyday nutrition for busy individuals.
